Devil's Day Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meeting Minutes for 06/06/06
We have two new liaisons for next year: Dan and Dave
Announcements and introductions of last year's and this year's board members. Last year's board members explained details about position to new members.

We have $***. Need to decide whether to deposit money in Pioneer account, or an outside account (such as TCF).
Pros of Pioneer account:
Gives us more credibility if we should ever need to request money from an outside organization, or even Rotary.
Cons of Pioneer account:
A hassle to withdraw money
May not be able to use money for things we want.
General bureaucracy problems
Pros of outside account:
More flexibility
Cons of outside account:
Would have to go under one person's name
Potential lack of trust from people who give us money

Last board meeting of the year. Sad.
But getting ready for next year....
Helen will begin scheduling activities over the summer for next year (as well as all those going away!), and board plans to meet towards the end of summer.
Marketing committee needs to recruit incoming 9th graders at Welcome Freshmen festivities, and freshmen registration. Always looking for new members!
