Board Meeting Minutes--1/9/07
Board Meeting Minutes for Tuesday, January 9th, 2007
Good job everybody! We made a $111 profit from December Delights, and plan to donate all of it to Therapeutic Riding.
Including the fundraiser money, we have $210 at our disposal, in addition to the $200-$300 that we can get from Rotary each year.
Thanks to Shirley C. And Shirley W. for finding some more volunteer opportunities which include:
We will continue ESL tutoring every Wednesday during 7th hour for 2nd semester. We need to see Mrs. Macke about getting money for pizza during the tutoring sessions.
Marketing Interact:

Thanks to Shirley C. And Shirley W. for finding some more volunteer opportunities which include:
- various activities at the Neutral Zone (tutoring, cooking, special projects, etc), which would require interested members to fill out a volunteer application
- Another group dinner making project at the Ronald McDonald House, on 4/17, 4/20, 4/23, or 4/29. We will decide on a date at a later time.

- Video announcements promoting our latest fundraising project, December Delights.
- Junior Board members, where 2-3 current members are voted to/selected to sit in on board meetings to learn the ropes, to hopefully create a smooth transition into next year.
